Prestige Estates to Deploy ₹15,000 Cr This Fiscal, Expanding Mall and Commercial Portfolio
Prestige Estates plans a ~₹15,000 crore construction spend in FY26, split between ₹9,500-10,000 crore residential and ₹4,500-5,000 crore commercial including shopping malls across South India, MMR and Delhi-NCR. The developer targets ₹30,024 crore sales bookings and sits on a ₹58,000 crore launch pipeline.
