Pine Labs swings to ₹113 cr maiden profit in FY26, revenue up 19% to ₹2,711 cr
Merchant payments platform Pine Labs reported its first full-year profit of ₹113 crore in FY26 against a ₹145 crore loss a year ago. Revenue grew 19% to ₹2,711 crore, adjusted EBITDA jumped 57% to ₹559 crore (21% margin), and GTV rose 50% to $194 billion. Overseas revenue crossed ₹400 crore across 22 countries.
