PhonePe Holds UPI Crown With 10.33 Bn April Transactions, 46.2% Volume Share
PhonePe processed 10.33 billion UPI transactions in April 2025, its second straight month above the 10 bn mark, commanding 46.2% volume and 49.3% value share worth Rs 14.31 lakh crore. Google Pay (7.36 bn) and Paytm (1.77 bn) trailed. Grocery led merchant categories with 3.72 bn transactions worth Rs 80,449 crore.
