Garment exporter Pearl Global Industries posted Q4FY26 revenue of ₹1,314 cr (+6.9% YoY) and PAT of ₹81 cr (+24.6%). FY26 revenue crossed ₹5,025 cr (+11.5%) with PAT at ₹270 cr (+17%). Board declared ₹14.5/share dividend and raised Indonesia unit Pinnacle Apparels stake to 99.92% for $1.4M.
