Ola Electric launched a QIP on June 1 with floor price Rs 37.74 and indicative Rs 35.86 (9.3% discount to Rs 39.53 close), pricing June 4, allotment June 8 with 60-day lockup. Q4FY26 revenue fell 56% YoY to Rs 265 cr but the company turned operating cash flow positive for the first time. Guides Q1FY27 revenue Rs 500-550 cr on 40-45k orders.
