Nykaa crosses $1B revenue in FY26; profit triples to ₹204 cr

FSN E-Commerce Ventures' Nykaa posted FY26 revenue of ₹10,022 cr (+26% YoY) with GMV at ₹19,963 cr (+28%). EBITDA jumped 59% to ₹752 cr; margin expanded to 7.5%. Beauty GMV rose 27% to ₹14,954 cr. Offline footprint grew to 313 stores across 99 cities after 76 new openings. Earth Rhythm acquisition closed.
