Nobel Hygiene converts to public company, lines up $300M IPO
Quadria-backed Nobel Hygiene, maker of Teddy baby diapers and Friends adult diapers, has reorganised as a public limited company ahead of a planned $300 million IPO blending fresh issue and OFS. The Mumbai firm has raised $68M to date including a recent $20M round, and ships to 30+ countries via 1,000+ dealers.
