NCR micro markets set to anchor 2026 retail boom as Q3 leasing jumps 65% YoY to 3.2M sq ft
JLL data shows India retail leasing hit 3.2M sq ft in Q3 2025, up 65% YoY, with Delhi-NCR and Hyderabad capturing 57% share. Indian retailers drove 81% of activity (2.6M sq ft, +76% YoY). Fashion led at 35%, followed by F&B (16%) and daily needs (11%). NCR's next leg is shifting to neighbourhood hubs like Dwarka Expressway, Golf Course Extension and Greater Noida West.
