MobiKwik returned to black with ₹4.4 Cr Q4 profit versus ₹56 Cr loss, on revenue of ₹288.7 Cr (+8% YoY). Payments GMV hit ₹1.82 Lakh Cr in FY26 (+57%), though take rate compressed to 40 bps. Secured RBI NBFC, PA and SEBI broking licences; targets 10x merchant payments revenue by FY28. Shares fell 11% to ₹202.45.
