Meesho acquires Kirana Club for Rs 202 crore to scale B2B retail play
Meesho buys 100% of B2B platform Kirana Club in an all-cash Rs 202 crore deal, folding its 4.1 million registered retailers across Tier 2-4 and rural markets into Meesho's logistics and marketplace infrastructure. Kirana Club posted FY25 revenue of Rs 4.9 crore, up from Rs 2.7 crore in FY24.
