Meesho acquires Kirana Club for Rs 202 crore to scale B2B ecommerce in rural India
Meesho's all-cash deal takes 100% of B2B retailing platform Kirana Club, folding in its 4.1 million small retailers to push B2B operations across Tier 2-4 and rural markets. Kirana Club posted FY26 turnover of Rs 15.8 crore, up from Rs 4.9 crore in FY25 and Rs 2.7 crore in FY24.
