Meesho acquires Kirana Club for Rs 202 crore to deepen B2B ecommerce push
Meesho will buy 100% of B2B retail platform Kirana Club in an all-cash Rs 202 crore deal, gaining access to 4.1 million small kirana retailers across Tier 2-4 and rural India. Kirana Club will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary. The target reported FY25 turnover of Rs 4.9 crore, up from Rs 2.7 crore in FY24.
