Meesho acquires Kirana Club for Rs 202 crore to deepen B2B ecommerce push

Meesho will buy 100% of B2B retail platform Kirana Club in an all-cash Rs 202 crore deal, gaining access to 4.1 million small kirana retailers across Tier 2-4 and rural India.
