Meesho acquires Kirana Club for Rs 202 crore in all-cash deal to scale B2B commerce
Meesho will take a 100 percent stake in B2B retailing platform Kirana Club, which serves 4.1 million small retailers across Tier 2-4 cities. The wholly-owned subsidiary posted FY25 turnover of Rs 4.9 crore, up from Rs 2.7 crore in FY24, as Meesho pushes deeper into wholesale distribution.
