Meesho acquires Kirana Club for Rs 202 crore in all-cash deal to scale B2B commerce
Meesho buys 100% of B2B retail platform Kirana Club, gaining access to 4.1 million small retailers across Tier 2-4 and rural India to expand FMCG distribution. Kirana Club posted FY26 turnover of Rs 15.8 crore, up from Rs 4.9 crore in FY25 and Rs 2.7 crore in FY24.
