Meesho buys 100% of B2B retailing platform Kirana Club for roughly Rs 202 crore all-cash, tapping its 4.1 million registered small retailers across Tier 2-4 cities and rural India to build out FMCG ordering. Kirana Club's turnover has grown from Rs 2.7 crore in FY24 to a projected Rs 15.8 crore in FY26.
