Meesho acquires Kirana Club for ₹202 crore to deepen B2B FMCG reach

Meesho will acquire Kirana Club for about Rs 202 crore in cash, retaining it as an independent wholly owned unit. The deal expands Meesho’s B2B FMCG reach among kiranas in Tier 2–4 cities and rural India through logistics, supplier and marketplace integration.
