Maruti Suzuki opens ₹35K cr Kharkhoda plant, capacity to scale toward 1 million units
Maruti Suzuki inaugurated its fourth Indian vehicle plant at Kharkhoda, Haryana, on an 800-acre site. Initial capacity of 500,000 units will double to 1 million, backed by a ₹35,000 crore investment and creating 21,000 jobs. Solar capacity of 20 MWp scales to 70 MWp by 2030, lifting mobility retail supply.
