Maruti Suzuki fires up second Kharkhoda plant, lifting total capacity to 26.5 lakh units
India's largest carmaker began commercial production at its second Kharkhoda facility, adding 2.5 lakh units annually. The plant is rolling out Brezza and Victoris SUVs to clear a 1.9 lakh-strong order backlog, with dealer inventory at just 12 days. A ₹14,000 crore FY27 investment underpins the expansion across Kharkhoda and Sanand.
