Mahindra Holidays electrifies resort kitchens, cuts LPG after Hormuz shock
Mahindra Holidays is converting commercial kitchens across 50+ Club Mahindra resorts to electric, with about 20 already fossil-fuel free including electric tandoors. The push, accelerated by Strait of Hormuz LPG supply risks, targets cooking loads below 400°C and will scale group-wide.
