Lenskart is scaling Indian eyewear through AI-led site selection, local manufacturing, rapid delivery and first-time eye-test users, while Titan EyeCare focuses on optometry and fitting labs. Lenskart posted stronger FY26 revenue and margins; Titan’s income rose but EBIT declined.

The results extend Lenskart's H1 FY26 expansion, following a September 30 update on 203 India store additions and 431-city reach. They also sharpen its contrast with Titan EyeCare and HSBC's April call on Lenskart's potential for 7,000 India stores.
