Inspira Global closes ₹2,235 cr deal for controlling stake in Restaurant Brands Asia
Inspira Global, through Lenexis Foodworks, has completed the acquisition of a 41.78% controlling stake in Restaurant Brands Asia—operator of Burger King India and Popeyes Indonesia—for about ₹2,235 crore, rising to 48.04% post-warrants. The board was reconstituted with Madhusudan Agrawal as Chairman, alongside a ₹450 crore additional infusion.
