IHG targets 400 India hotels by 2030, pivots from Holiday Inn to luxury and franchise plays
IHG Hotels & Resorts is recasting its India playbook, moving beyond Holiday Inn dependence toward Kimpton, InterContinental and Six Senses luxury, Garner franchise conversions and a 1,500-room Adani Airports tie-up across Jaipur, Navi Mumbai, Mangaluru and Thiruvananthapuram. Pipeline stands at 98 hotels against 52 operating.
