IHCL signs 20 hotels in Q1 FY27, targets 700-hotel portfolio by 2030
Tata-owned IHCL signed 20 hotels and opened 11 in Q1 FY27, taking its operating portfolio past 380 with a 263-hotel pipeline. Growth spans Taj, Gateway, Ginger and Tree of Life across Bharatpur, Trichy, Wayanad, Frankfurt and Greater Kruger, under its Accelerate 2030 roadmap to reach 700 hotels.
