HUL closes Oziva buyout at ₹1,680 cr valuation, paying ₹824 cr for residual 49%
Hindustan Unilever has fully absorbed plant-based nutrition D2C Oziva, paying ₹824 crore for the remaining 49% in Feb 2026 after its ₹264 crore majority deal in Dec 2022. The Aarti Gill–founded brand, with 70-80 SKUs and 95% revenue from nutrition, stayed loss-making in FY25 despite scaling from ₹80 crore in FY21.
