Honasa buys 58% of Fluence Pharma for Rs 135 cr, launches Honasa Health for nutraceuticals
Mamaearth parent Honasa Consumer is moving deeper into health and wellness, acquiring a controlling 58% stake in Fluence Pharma at a Rs 135 crore enterprise value with a runway to absorb the remaining 42% over 5-7 years. It has also incorporated a new B2C subsidiary, Honasa Health, to build a nutraceuticals play.
