Goldman, Morgan Stanley lead ₹1,960 cr block buy of 2.3% Lenskart stake from ADIA
ADIA's Platinum Jasmine Trust offloaded 4 crore Lenskart shares at ₹490 apiece to a marquee buyer set including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, SocGen, SoftBank and top Indian MFs. ADIA's holding falls to 9.78% from 12.08%, even as Q4 revenue jumped 45.6% to ₹2,516 cr.
Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Societe Generale and Indian MFs/insurers bought a 2.3% stake in Lenskart for ₹1,960 crore via block deal from ADIA's Platinum Jasmine Trust, reducing ADIA's holding to 9.78%.
