FILA Group trims DOMS stake by 7% for ₹934 cr; SBI, Axis MFs lap up ₹285 cr
Italian promoter FILA Group offloaded 4.248 million shares of stationery maker DOMS Industries at ₹2,200 apiece, cutting its holding to 19.01% from 26.01%. SBI MF (+1.54%) and Axis MF (+0.6%) absorbed ₹285 cr of the block, signalling domestic institutional conviction.
