Emami to buy 60% of IncNut, parent of D2C brands Vedix and SkinKraft, for Rs 321 crore

Emami will pay Rs 321 crore cash for a 60% stake in Hyderabad-based IncNut Digital, with the remaining 40% acquired over 4.5 years. IncNut, which runs personalised beauty brands Vedix and SkinKraft, posted FY25 sales of Rs 175 crore. The deal deepens Emami's D2C and personalised BPC play.
