DS Group will convert its Uppal's Orchid property near IGI Airport into Delhi-NCR's first W Hotel, opening H2 2027 with 200 rooms. India's second W after Goa, the project anchors DS Group's ₹1,000 cr push to scale from 900 to 2,000 keys by FY29 and rides Marriott's plan for 500 India hotels by 2030.
