DLF-GIC JV's rental income climbs 16% to Rs 5,525 cr in FY26; retail rent up 11%

DCCDL, the DLF-GIC joint venture, posted a 16% YoY rise in rental income to Rs 5,525 cr in FY26, with retail rent up 11% to Rs 975 cr across a 4 mn sq ft retail portfolio. Three new malls and the Atrium Place office complex are slated to bolster the 44.3 mn sq ft annuity book. Net profit stood at Rs 2,726 cr.
