Das, a 26-year QSR veteran who ran Devyani's airports and institutional business across KFC, Pizza Hut and Costa, takes charge of the KFC India franchise. Outgoing CEO Luthra moves to lead Third Wave Coffee, in which Devyani holds a 4.4% stake acquired for Rs 871 crore.
