Delhi-NCR retail leasing jumps 45% in Q1 as fashion and F&B occupiers drive demand
Delhi-NCR retail space leasing rose 45% to nearly 0.59 million sq ft in Q1 2026 from 0.41 million a year ago, topping India's eight cities with a 30% share. Malls took 64% and high streets 36%. Overall top-eight leasing fell 10% to 1.95 million sq ft on supply constraints; CY2025 leasing totalled 9.21 million sq ft.
