CCI clears merger of 51 Malabar Group firms into Malabar Gold and Diamonds
The Competition Commission of India approved the consolidation of 51 Malabar Group entities into jewellery retailer Malabar Gold and Diamonds via a 100% share swap, streamlining the group's retail structure. In the same clearance batch, CCI also greenlit upGrad's stake buy and merger with Unacademy parent Sorting Hat Technologies.
