CBRE: Indian experience spend to outpace goods through 2030, lifestyle hotels lead

Lifestyle hotels — already up 19% CAGR over 2015-25 — are forecast to expand 10% annually, commanding a 13% RevPAR premium over upscale peers as Gen Z drives demand.
