Carlsberg files confidentially for India IPO to raise up to $700 million
India's second-largest brewer, holding 22% market share across 14 breweries, has filed draft papers for a secondary share sale of up to $700 million (Rs 6,650 crore) later this year. Kotak, JPMorgan and Citigroup are advising. Carlsberg entered India in 2007.
