CarDekho To File Confidential DRHP For ₹3,500 Cr IPO This Quarter
Auto classifieds unicorn CarDekho plans to file its DRHP in Q2 FY26 for a ₹3,000-3,500 Cr IPO at a ₹13,000-15,000 Cr valuation, largely via OFS. The offer spans classifieds, lending (Rupyy) and mobility. FY25 revenue rose 24% to ₹2,795 Cr with a narrowed net loss of ₹266 Cr.
