Bajaj Electricals posted a Q4 FY26 net loss of Rs 67.5 crore versus a Rs 59.1 crore profit YoY, as revenue slipped 2.1% to Rs 1,240 crore and Ebitda margin halved to 3.5%. The board still cleared a Rs 3/share dividend with a July 17, 2026 record date. Stock is down 40% over 12 months.
