Bajaj Auto Sets July 1-7, 2026 Window For Rs 5,632-Crore Buyback At Rs 1,200/Share
Bajaj Auto declared dates for its biggest buyback in four years, repurchasing 46.9 lakh shares (1.68% equity) at Rs 1,200 each. The move follows strong Q4FY26 results with net profit up 34% to Rs 2,746 crore and revenue up 31.8% to Rs 16,006 crore, plus a Rs 150 dividend.
