Atmosphere Core inks 30 India hotel projects, bets ₹1,000 cr on leisure pivot
Maldives-based Atmosphere Core is scaling fast in India via asset-light management contracts across Goa, Rajasthan, Odisha and the Northeast. Three owned projects in Mussoorie, Puri and Kannur anchor a ₹1,000 crore push. Targeting ADRs of ₹40,000-60,000 and 45% margins as RevPAR rises 9-11% YoY.
