Advent Hotels acquires 21,978 sqm Mumbai land parcel for ₹275 crore to anchor luxury pipeline
Advent Convention and Hotels International bought a 21,978 sqm Sahar, Vile Parle parcel from its parent for ₹275 crore plus ₹16.5 crore stamp duty. The deal feeds a 3,517-key luxury pipeline across MMR, Delhi Aerocity and Goa with Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott, supporting projected FY26 revenue of ₹387.6 crore and PAT of ₹63.18 crore.
