Adani Settles US OFAC Sanctions Case for $275M, Lifting Overhang on Retail and Infra Arms

Adani Enterprises has resolved the US OFAC probe into alleged Iranian LPG imports via Mundra Port with a $275 million settlement, following proactive disclosure and cooperation. Combined with the earlier SEC settlement, the deal removes a major legal cloud over the group's retail, ports and energy businesses, clearing the runway for its $17 billion capex plan.
