Wakefit Q4 revenue hits Rs 344 Cr; FY26 profit of Rs 189 Cr masks slim Rs 24 Cr underlying

D2C sleep and home brand Wakefit grew Q4 FY26 revenue 13.5% YoY to Rs 344 Cr and full-year revenue 17.5% to Rs 1,534 Cr. Reported FY26 profit swung to Rs 189 Cr from a Rs 35 Cr loss, but a Rs 98 Cr one-time deferred tax gain inflated the print; underlying Q4 profit was just Rs 24 Cr. Operating cash flow tripled to Rs 244.5 Cr.

Wakefit swings to ₹122 Cr Q4 profit on tax credit; FY26 revenue crosses ₹1,489 Cr

D2C mattress brand Wakefit reported Q4 PAT of ₹121.8 Cr versus a ₹26.2 Cr loss YoY, lifted by a ₹98.1 Cr tax credit. Q4 revenue grew 14% YoY to ₹343.6 Cr, while FY26 revenue rose 17% to ₹1,488.9 Cr with net profit of ₹189.2 Cr — a milestone print ahead of an expected IPO.
