Lenskart pumps ₹53 cr to tighten grip on Owndays, Singapore arm

Lenskart will invest ₹50 crore to lift its stake in Japanese eyewear subsidiary Owndays by 1% to 97.67%, acquiring 10,613 shares at JPY 77,426 each. A further ₹3 crore goes into Lenskart Singapore via 1,38,005 shares to fund overseas operations, consolidating control of its international footprint.

Lenskart Q4: Revenue jumps 45.6% to Rs 2,516 cr, EBITDA margin expands to 21.4%, but net profit slips 8.5%

Lenskart's Q4FY26 revenue surged 45.6% YoY to Rs 2,516 cr with EBITDA up 83.8% to Rs 540 cr, lifting margins to 21.4% from 17%. Net profit dipped 8.5% to Rs 200 cr. Company plans to raise stake in Owndays and merge Dealskart with Lenskart Eyetech. Stock fell 1.77% to Rs 484.
