PepsiCo to pump Rs 5,700 cr into India by 2030 as Campa, Lahori Zeera squeeze low-price packs

PepsiCo India will invest Rs 5,700 crore by 2030 to scale snacks manufacturing across Madhya Pradesh, Assam and Tamil Nadu. FY revenue rose 8% to Rs 9,798 crore and net profit 4.5% to Rs 905 crore, even as Reliance's Campa and Lahori Zeera intensify pressure in sub-Rs 20 SKUs. Bottler VBL posted 20.1% profit growth.
